Shipping & Handling Policy (Artwork)
1. Buyer Responsibility
The buyer is solely responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
2. Pass-Through Costs
Shipping and handling are charged at actual cost, including:
- Carrier fees
- Packaging materials
- Handling and processing
No flat rates unless explicitly stated.
3. Packaging
Artwork will be packaged with reasonable care appropriate for canvas pieces.
Shipping artwork carries inherent risk, and minor transit-related issues may occur.
4. Insurance
Shipping insurance may be included or offered at additional cost.
If insurance is declined, the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage.
5. Damage in Transit
- Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- All packaging must be retained for claims
Claims must be handled with the shipping carrier when applicable.
6. Risk of Loss
All risk transfers to the buyer once the item is shipped or picked up.
7. Local Pickup (if applicable)
Pickup may be arranged by appointment.
Items not collected within 30 days may incur storage fees.
8. International Buyers
Buyers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Fees and delays
9. No Refunds on Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once incurred.
